DEAL: Futu Holdings Limited USD 90 mn initial public offering of 7,500,000 American Depositary Shares at a price of USD 12 per AD. The share were listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “FHL.” Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC, UBS Securities LLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc and BOCI Asia Limited acted as underwriters. Trading of share will start on 12 March 2019.
