Chelsea property boutique Pemberton Greenish has bolstered its residential property practice with the hire of Lawrence Graham‘s practice head. The firm has hired Elaine Slee, former head of residential property at Lawrence Graham, as a partner. The hire follows Pembertons’ appointment to the panel of residential property advisers to both the Crown Estate and Portman Estates. Slee has advised on residential property transactions for more than 20 years and specialises in enfranchisement.
