On October 17, 2017, Haitong Unitrust International Leasing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Haitong Unitrust”) successfully registered the private placement note (PPN) with a registered amount of RMB 3 billion. Haitong Unitrust was the principal underwriter and bookrunner; while Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. was the joint principal underwriter. On February 26, 2018, Haitong Unitrust successfully registered the first Medium Term Note (MTN) in 2018 with a registered amount of RMB 1.8 billion.
