Conyers Dill & Pearman strengthens its office in the City of London with the addition of Anne Forbes-Harper.

Anne joins the firm as a partner with over 18 years of experience, both in onshore and offshore legal settings, having most recently worked at a prominent offshore law firm. Her expertise includes advising on investment funds, with a focus on fund formation, transactional and advisory work for hedge funds and private equity, as well as having extensive experience in a wide range of asset finance, structured finance, corporate and commercial matters.

Anne’s practice centres on the Cayman Islands, her knowledge and depth of experience in this market will continue to enhance the firm’s Cayman capabilities.
