Playboy Enterprises has launched a High Court bid to stop Play Mate Escort Services from infringing its copyright for the Playmates trade mark. Playboy is seeking an injunction restraining the escort service from using the Playmate name, either in the printed material for Playmates Gold Service and Playmates Escort Services, or for the Internet site ukplaymates.com.
