Simmons & Simmons' Paris office has hired Jacques-Antoine Robert, the former head of Andersen Legal's litigation and arbitration practice. Robert, who will bring a team of associates with him, is the second lateral to join the Paris office this month, following the arrival of finance partner Jeremy Arscott from Stephenson Harwood.
