Duchy of Lancaster names head of legal

The Duchy of Lancaster has appointed Tim Crow as head of legal services.

Crow has been deputy official solicitor at the Church Commissioners since 2001. In his new role he will ­oversee the Duchy’s external legal advisers, as well as advising the Duchy Surveyors of Lands in the course of its commercial duties. Reporting to chief executive Paul Clarke, he will also assist with Duchy appointments and ceremonial duties. ­Founded in the 13th century, The Duchy of Lancaster is a private portfolio of land, property and assets.
