Camerons partner lands top job at water company

CAMERON McKenna water industry specialist Richard Temple has landed a top job at the three-month-old International Private Water Association (IPWA).
Temple will be the first vice-president for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at the US-based association.
He is currently advising on the first municipal utility privatisation in Bulgaria, while also acting in the privatisation of the water and sewage system in the Romanian capital Bucharest.
Temple says the IPWA was set up in response to “increasing interest in international water projects”.
He adds: “It is intended that the IPWA will be a major catalyst in helping to influence the shape of private sector participation in this rapidly developing international sector and strengthen public/private partnerships in this field.”
