Nabarro has revealed its new salary bands for 2016/17.
Second-year trainees at the firm have been given the largest rise, a 5 per cent boost from £40,000 to £42,000.
First-year trainees get a 2.7 per cent rise from £37,000 to £38,000.
While newly qualified solicitors also get a £1,000 pay increase, not all associate levels get a raise. The 3PQE band remains £78,000, while the 6PQE band also stays the same at £95,000. All pay rises took effect on 1 June.
Earlier this month Berwin Leighton Paisner froze all lawyer and staff salaries amid the fallout from the Brexit vote, but Herbert Smith Freehills, Travers Smith and Macfarlanes ignored the uncertainty to hand out raises.
