Scandinavian firm Setterwalls has beefed up its securities division with the hire of two securities lawyers from investment bank ABN Amro. Soren Lindstrom and Jan Jensen will join the Swedish firm as partners, with Lindstrom taking on the role of head of the securities department. Setterwalls said the hires were to meet the demands of services related to a spate of upcoming initial public offerings.
