Cripps Harries Hall has beaten seven firms to a Crown Prosecution Service tender.
The south-east firm will now exclusively provide legal services to the CPS' property portfolio throughout England and Wales for the next three years, with an option for the CPS to extend until 31 August 2004.
Head of commercial property Michael Stevens says “We are especially pleased to have won this assignment from such an important public body. I believe our success is attributable largely to a strong track record in property work for public sector and commercial clients.”
Cripps Harries provides property law advice to HM Customs and Excise, and is confident of the results of a tender for another government department in the near future, which the firm refuses to specify.
