Ashurst has confirmed the reappointment of managing partner Simon Bromwich for a second three-year term, leading up to 2010. In an internal announcement sent out on Thursday, the silver circle firm confirmed that its eight-member board had opted to re-elect Bromwich. The board had been informally canvassing the partnership over Bromwich’s reappointment. Bromwich,
who has been a partner at Ashurst since 1999, has held the role since January 2004.
