Kendall Freeman has bagged banking and finance partner Timothy Parsons from Barlow Lyde & Gilbert.
Parsons, who joins Kendall Freeman today (November 15) is charged with developing his new firm’s banking practice.
The department will be based on Kendall Freeman’s existing insurance expertise including include advising on insurance sector lending, leasing and structured finance and cross-sector risk transfer.
Kendall Freeman corporate head Richard Spiller said that there is great demand for cross-over expertise between the insurance and banking sectors.
Parsons will be the firm’s 22nd partner. His hire follows the appointment in June of Neil Adams from Trowers & Hamlins as the firm’s employment head.
