Foot Anstey has made a series of lawyer appointments to its Truro office to underpin its targeted growth of a £36m turnover by 2011.
The firm raided Cornish rival Follett Stock for a team of five, including Melanie Gross and Ben May, who join Foot Anstey’s litigation team.
IP ;lawyer ;Rebecca Anforth will initially join the firm’s Exeter office, but will be relocated to the Truro office early next year.
Former barrister Philippa Barton only joined Follett Stock in January and has now been poached by Foot Anstey. She is joined by junior lawyer Charlotte Brannigan.
Sarah Mott also joins the firm as a junior lawyer from Wilsons in Salisbury.
Foot Anstey will also relocate Claire Ottery and James Collings to its Truro office from Plymouth.
