Generally, with the honourable exception of former Chairman Alan Jenkins, you could not find a more homophobic senior management team in the legal sector. I for one am pleased that there are more enlightened firms in the City and am pleased to now be at a firm where the who I sleep with is not deemed to be a reflection on how good I am at my job. If you’d been less anxious to give the firm a kicking you’d have noticed the firm was in the top 100 Stonewall list last year as well. Perhaps you’re wanting to remain ‘anonymous’ because where you work isn’t on the list and that’s nothing to be proud of?
