Fresh from 10 years at the helm of the UK government, former prime minister Tony Blair has turned his attention to the launch of the new Nottingham Law at Kaplan Law School in London, where he is known to colleagues as chief executive Giles Proctor. Having trained as a barrister, Blair has come full circle by returning to legal education. But he is not finding it as easy as heading up the Labour government, and student numbers are lagging 50 per cent behind first-year targets.
