Jeffrey Green partner launches boutique

Hilmi has left the firm to launch new boutique Partners Legal. Hilmi, whose primary focus is on investment and development work, has worked on City property deals, including advising City Site Estates on its £55m acquisition of 51 Eastcheap from British Land and advising onHobhouse’s £34.5m purchase of Hobhouse Court in St James’s from the Crown Estate.

Hilmi, whose primary focus is on investment and development work, has worked on City property deals, including advising City Site Estates on its £55m acquisition of 51 Eastcheap from British Land and advising onHobhouse’s £34.5m purchase of Hobhouse Court in St James’s from the Crown Estate. Hilmi said launching the new firm was “an exciting challenge” and that it afforded more opportunity to be close to clients than in a larger firm. Partners Legal is based in London’s West End and also includes former Jeffrey Green retail and leisure specialist Emma Tonkin.
