DLA has continued to expand its Scottish practice with the appointment of former McGrigor Donald senior partner Fred Shedden as a consultant. Shedden, who had spent his entire career at McGrigors before leaving in 2000 to pursue other interests, will work with Scottish office managing partners Nick Seddon and Michael Collins on strategic and business development issues. The firm is especially keen to further build its Scottish corporate finance and banking practice, as well as boosting corporate in Glasgow.
Wragges establishes permanent London employment practice
