In “Firms face fall out after Indian bomb test”, (The Lawyer, 9 June) US firm Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy was reported to have said that sanctions could cost India around $350bn. In fact Milbank calculated that sanctions could cost the country up to two per cent of its $350bn Gross Domestic Product.
