In brief: Select committee scrutinises Levitt trial

The role played by the law officers, SFO director George Staple and prosecution counsel in the Roger Levitt fraud trial comes under the spotlight when all leading counsel submit written evidence to the Treasury and Civil Service Select Committee this week.
