Taylor Wessing’s managing partner Michael Frawley could be forgiven for feeling a touch jaded when he took on his new role in October last year.
Frawley gave up his position as head of corporate restructuring and insolvency, head of the credit control committee and head of the dispute resolution department to take up the top job.
That ability to multitask will come in handy as Frawley embarks on his biggest challenge – the full integration of the UK and German halves of Taylor Wessing.
Picking up where former managing partner Gary Moss left off, Frawley says his aim is to increase the firm’s profitability by concentrating on its strategic focus areas of corporate, IP/technology, finance and real estate. His position as National New Zealand Wine-Tasting Champion in 1985 will also come in handy for the celebrations – as and when those ambitions are achieved.
