First female managing partner for Gorvins

Stockport firm Gorvins has appointed its first ever female managing partner.

Lorraine Lockie, currently the 16-partner firm’s joint head of commercial property, is taking over from Andrew Callaghan.

As well as being the first woman to lead Gorvins, Lockie was also the firm’s first female senior associate when she joined from Eversheds in 1998, and its first female partner on being made up in 2001.
