Reply Link Anonymous 7 November 2013 at 13:42 You don’t lose your global head of corporate because of a spat over the tea-cakes. A certain amount of fall-out is to be expected after a merger but Ashurst seem not to be weathering it very well. I wonder if they’d have been better off without the Blakes deal if it’s going to generate this colossal level of disruption at the senior levels. Losing Stephen Lloyd was not really part of the game plan so there may be more disaffection with the deal to come. Ashurst are in the same boat as SJ Berwin as they still evidently have to sell the deal internally. Reply Link Anonymous 7 November 2013 at 14:34 Surely the Yankee Dollar has played a part in this. Let’s see where he ends up… Reply Link Tverskaya 7 November 2013 at 14:42 Roberts, Lloyd. All the talent is leaving. Who next? Reply Link Anon 8 November 2013 at 09:31 Lloydy was spotted across the way in 201 Bishopsgate. Could have been sheltering from the weather but purely coincidentally, and led by Chicago, MB are desperately looking to get a real heavy hitting corporate partner for London. Their check book is open Reply Link Name Email Cancel reply Threaded commenting powered by interconnect/it code.
