African trek for hospice funds

Are you reasonably fit, adventurous and want to help local children who are terminally ill?

The Butterwick Children's Hospice is organising a "Walk on the Wild Side". This is an opportunity to scale the highest mountain in Africa and raise much-needed funds for the hospice. The event includes an 11-day trip to Mount Kilimanjaro and involves an African trek.

Taking place in September 1999, places are limited and cost £2,000 per person, including flights, accommodation, meals, guides, support vehicles and so on.

Contact the Butterwick Children's Hospice for further details on the trek and to book your place.
