A big win for Spencer Davis in 2023 was navigating Lifezone Metals to be the first Tanzania-listed company on the New York Stock Exchange. The clean metals business is also the only New York listed business headquartered on the Isle of Man. This involved a huge amount of governance and compliance. With the business being young, Davis has sought to grow the team and develop their career paths on a global scale. Davis also completed an acquisition of a hydromet lab and engineering firm Simulus Group in Perth Australia, in July 2023.
