Lucy Powis enjoys a busy personal injury practice in the fields of public and employers’ liability, road traffic litigation, fatal accidents, product liability, MIB claims and disputes under the Limitation Act.
She has extensive experience of claims involving animals (Animals Act and beyond) particularly equestrian injuries.
Powis is instructed by both claimants and defendants. Her lay client base stretches from the private individual to local authority and international corporate clients. She conducts a wide range of hearings including fast- and multi-track trials, trials of preliminary issues, contested procedural hearings and ancillary tribunal work.
