Bob Geldof is facing new High Court action over the house in which he lives. Action is now pending in which Citipak is seeking an order that a caution registered against freehold property it owns in Smith Terrace, London SW3, should be cancelled and that it should be removed from the Land Registry. It also wants an injunction restraining Geldof from registering any further caution at the Land Registry over the same matter. The claim against Geldof is being handled by Kingsley Napley.
