Olswang and SJ Berwin advised on Tottenham Hotspur Football Club’s £34m shirt sponsorship and business partnering with Mansion, the international gaming and entertainment group. The deal, one of the world’s 10-largest club sponsorship agreements, will take effect from July and run for a minimum of four seasons. Mansion will also join the football club in a range of other commercial activities. These include the extension and expansion of the Tottenham brand into Asia and other international markets, the development of an international supporters’ club to promote the brand and a co-branded online gaming site with shared revenues. Olswang advised Tottenham, led by partner and head of the media, communications and technology group David Zeffman. Mansion was advised by SJ Berwin telecoms, media and technology group partner Andrew Shindler.
