Revenues at Field Fisher Waterhouse has hit the £60m mark, boosting turnover by 15% this year.
Profit per equity partner also showed solid double digit growth, breaking through the £400k barrier to reach £466k, an increase of 19%.
The firm is on course to meet its target turnover of £75m by 2008, a figure which was set in 2004 when the firm’s fee income was £47m.
The growth has been driven by deals such as the firm’s appointment as the Home Office’s sole legal counsel on its ID cards programme. AIM has also been a major contributor to the hike in revenue, with the Field Fisher advising on 12 AIM floats so far this year.
Moira Gilmour, Field Fisher’s managing partner, said: “We are putting in place the building blocks to become within a few years one of the leading mid-sized independent law firms in the UK.”
