Reply Link John Bar 20 June 2014 at 07:30 Its just business, don’t feel bad, they have to stick together it would be a conflict of interest if one stood against another. The banks legal depts can produce procedural papers and the courts oblige no matter if the content can be disproved. The H M R C can do likewise, if you try to fight for fairness and justice, the court is 99% in favor of the H M R C. The non corporate non wealthy individual will not get justice from the courts, his legal representatives or the H M R C, banks or financial institution are not concerned with rights, justice, fairness or legal truths in preparation of court papers. Have a look at the Parliamentary Select Committee meetings with banks and H M R C. It is greed, its the push to get bigger, (not better) its the ability to charge bigger fees, not justice, not fairness nor the rights of the individual or the destruction of innocent lives. When the real criminals move on to their next case knowing there will be no repercussions for them regardless of right or wrong. Reply Link Anonymous 26 August 2014 at 17:03 Hi, Re: “I want to bring a case against a solicitor of professional negligence” I’ve had the same experience in N.Ireland. The replies are along lines “Your solicitor has been negligent, that’s perfectly clear; but I’m not going to represent you and I don’t think anyone one else locally will”. Which I’ve found to be the case. I’d bring in an English solicitor, except I can get legal aid (and need it) and that doesn’t seem to be available for an English solicitor in a N.I.-related case. There are dozens of firms that make their living from claimant professional negligence work. Look at the legal directories and you’ll find them easily enough. Either you are asking the wrong people, or your claim is hopeless. Reply Link Name Email Cancel reply Threaded commenting powered by interconnect/it code.
