Monckton Chambers has picked up a new tenant from Hailsham Chambers.

Monckton Chambers has picked up a new tenant from Hailsham Chambers. EU law specialist Philip Moser joins the set in February. His move follows the recent nomination of Hailsham’s Eleanor Sharpston QC as the new UK Advocate-General at the European Court of Justice. Moser specialises in commercial agents cases and advises large companies, insurers and non-governmental organisations. His clients are drawn from the US, Austria, Germany and the UK.
