Maples Teesdale advises on relocation

Maples Teesdale has just advised merger partners Vizard Staples & Bannisters and Wyeth & Co on a 16-year lease of offices at Admirals Park, part of Land Securities' new Crossways scheme near Dartford.
The firms' decision to take around 33,000sq ft prepares for the November merger. Wyeth will vacate its four Dartford sites to move into the new offices with Vizards' liability insurance staff. The merged firm will be known as Vizards Wyeth.
Maples Teesdale commercial property partner Declan Power advised the firms after winning the work through a personal contact between his firm and Wyeth & Co. Maples Teesdale is also advising the firms on the consolidation of their City office requirements.
Tim Brown and Daniel Norris of Lovells advised Land Securities Development on the letting. Dion Panambalana is lead partner on the scheme.
