Bircham Dyson Bell has announced that temporary managing partner Jesper Christensen will fill the role on a permanent basis.
Guy Vincent, who spent seven years in the post, last month passed the mantle to fellow management board member Christensen on an interim basis after announcing he would not be standing for re-election (19 April 2012).
The firm’s management and partnership board have now elected Christensen, former head of the firm’s employment and business services teams, to the post on a four-year term, commencing in June.
The management board, which will be advised on strategy by senior partner John Stephenson and four elected partners, will support Christensen in his new role.
Vincent will remain at the firm as a partner in the business services department.
Christensen said: “There’s no room for complacency and we never take our clients or their business for granted.”
