Clifford Chance’s US operation is continuing to haemorrhage partners as it loses yet another, this time to Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft’s Washington office.
White collar crime litigation expert Dale Turza is moving to Cadwalader’s business fraud and complex litigation group.
She will be joined by Bret Campbell, formerly a lawyer within Clifford Chance’s litigation department who will also relocate to Cadwalader’s Washington office, with the title special counsel.
Turza and Campbell are two in a long line of lawyer losses to have hit Clifford Chance’s US operation including anti-trust experts Kevin Arquit and Steve Newborn who left for Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Weil Gotshal & Manges respectively.
The departures, now in double digits, span a number of practice areas within Clifford Chance though anti-trust and IP have been particularly hard hit.
