Knight & Sons, the Staffordshire-based practice has appointed international commercial law specialist Sebastian Price as an associate in its corporate and commercial department.
Price's appointment fits with the firm's strategy to expand its legal business service portfolio across Europe and Russia.
After qualifying in 1986 Price spent five years working with City law firms before basing himself in Cairo and Warsaw, where he provided commercial advice to blue-chip multinationals and UK companies seeking investments and joint ventures in Egypt and Poland.
Knight & Sons senior partner Tony Bell says Price's international experience and expertise will complement the work already being carried out by the corporate and commercial department.
He has been involved in company reorganisations in the UK and abroad, acquisitions, disposals and management buyouts.
“Knight & Sons is involved in some extremely interesting projects, both in this country and abroad,” says Price.
