DAC Beachcroft has appointed two new partners. Lea Brocklebank joins the Winchester claims solutions group from Bond Pearce, where she was lead partner for liability claims; Sean Caldwell has moved to the commercial services team in Manchester from his post as a consultant with Hempsons.

London

Farrer & Co has hired John Hull as a consultant in its IP and commercial team. He was a partner and head of IP at Memery Crystal.

King & Spalding has hired litigation partners Jane Player and Sarah Walker, both of whom were partners at Bird & Bird.

Jonathan Leigh-Hunt has made partner at Marriott Harrison. He joined as a trainee in 2002.

Bond Pearce has hired a former senior lawyer at US firm Axiom Law Kiron Farooki as a partner in its London commercial team.

Reynolds Porter Chamberlain has hired senior associate Neil Brown from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and associates Lily Meyer from Slaughter and May and Paul Jenkins from Clifford Chance.

Ros Ashby has become Pritchard Englefield managing partner. She has been a partner there since 1992.

James Slinger has joined Taylor Vinters as a property partner from Ashton KCG, where he was partner.

Shoosmiths has hired Sarah Teal as a restructuring and insolvency partner from DLA Piper, where she was an associate.

DAC Beachcroft has added a specialist real estate team, led by associate Andrea Proudlock from Ward Hadaway, where she was head of property. She is joined by legal executive Richard Harris of the same firm.

Sheffield-based Nabarro partner Gerard Khoshnaw has joined the Leeds office of Gateley as a commercial litigation partner.

Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr has hired senior counsel James Carter from Sullivan & Cromwell, where he was a partner and co-chair of the international arbitration group.

The Portland office of K&L Gates has added Latham & Watkins partner John Casey as a partner in its commercial disputes practice.

Cravath Swaine & Moore has hired Francis Barron as a partner. He is the former chief legal officer at Morgan Stanley.
