NINE-partner French practice Sales Vincent & Associes has become the sixth European firm to be admitted to the Denton International Group of Law Firms.
Sales Vincent, which officially joined the group during the IBA conference in Paris last week, has a strong international bias, employing French and US lawyers and handling clients on the continent as well as in the UK, Japan, Korea, Middle East, Africa and the US.
Denton Hall chair Henry King said Sales Vincent was a “well established firm with an outstanding national and international reputation”.
“France is a vital link in our move to establish a full pan-European presence.”
Founded in 1991, Denton International incorporates firms from the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark and France.
Member practices Denton Hall, Heuking Kuhn Kunz Wojtek, Houthoff, Lambert Grohmann Kerres & Deissenberger, Lind & Cadovius and Sales Vincent continue to practise under their own names but co-operate on international projects.
Sales Vincent founding partner Jacques Sales said: “We believe our entry into the group will reinforce our ability to serve the expanding international needs of our French and foreign clients.”
