Application for political asylum on the ground that applicant's father was being detained in Nigeria because he was a Yoruba. Decision appealed.

Appeal by a Nigerian asylum seeker (20) against dismissal of his application for judicial review of refusal to grant his application for political asylum. Original application dismissed (QBD 19/1/96). Appellant had overstayed his limited leave to remain in the UK and a deportation order had been served on him.
