Bahl proceeds with new attack on Law Soc

Kamlesh Bahl (left) has launched another discrimination claim in the Employment Tribunal against the Law Society. Bahl, former vice-president of the society and now a member of its ruling council, won her first discrimination claim against the society in the Employment Tribunal in July 2001. Although Bahl is a member of the Law Society Council, she has accused the council, as well as the Law Society’s president and chief executive, of sustained discrimination, victimisation and breach of human rights.
