HBJ Gateley welcomes six to partnership

HBJ Gateley, the Scottish arm of Gateley, has made up six partners in its annual round of promotions.

The majority of the new partners hail from the firm’s Edinburgh office, with only one – construction partner Frazer Wardhaugh – made up in Glasgow. In Edinburgh dispute resolution partner Stuart Clubb, energy partner Paul Minto, corporate recovery partner Mike Scott, construction partner Anne Struckmeier and regeneration partner Susan McDonald all made partner

In a statement, HBJ Gateley senior partner Malcolm McPherson said: “Our focus is on long-term, sustainable growth in our core markets, so these partner promotions are a reflection of where we’ve been successful in line with our strategy and will strengthen our capabilities in our chosen markets.”

Earlier this year HBJ Gateley hired three partners from Dundas & Wilson, Squire Sanders and Tods Murray, respectively (14 February 2012).
