Field Fisher raids Mayer Brown for property litigator

Field Fisher Waterhouse has further bolstered its real estate department with the hire of a property litigator from Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw.

Antony Phillips has been appointed as head of the property litigation team, part of Field Fisher’s real estate department. His hire is in line with the firm’s strategy for growth and ambition to differentiate itself as a property expert within the crowded middle market.

Phillips’ hire comes hot on the heels of the appointment of construction partner Marshall Levine, who will join Field Fisher’s construction and projects practice in October.

Levine previously headed Linklater’s construction and engineering group, before it was rolled into the firm’s real estate department in January 2003.
