Reply Link Ron Pol (teamfactors.com) 18 March 2009 at 22:30 Obligation Apparent disagreements between law firm leaders is not perhaps the main point, but that they are both actually saying much the same thing: clients want to connect value with fees, and good firms want to expand their systems for doing so. This sounds like everyone’s getting onto the same page. It might be a bit uncomfortable seeing one’s competitors gaining kudos for it, but for clients and firms alike, the more lawyers that get on the page, the better.
