Curtis Mallet-Prevost & Gilioli in threeway Milan merger

New York firm Curtis Mallet-Prevost Colt & Mosle’s associated firm in Milan has merged with two Italian law firms and launched a new Milan office.
Curtis Mallet-Prevost & Gilioli has teamed up with Alemani & Bocchiola and Tamburini & Associati.
Milan and New York Partner Eric Gilioli commented: “We are extremely pleased with our success at integrating the three Italian firms with one another as well as with Curtis’s family of offices worldwide.”
The new firm has eight partners in addition to Gilioli, who acts as Italian managing partner.
New partner Giuseppe Alemani added: “Each of our firms had complementary strengths in areas such as corporate, financing, tax, litigation, bankruptcy and European Union law. We are very pleased to now be working in tandem with one another in our new office as well as with the Curtis lawyers in Latin America, the Middle East and, of course, throughout Europe and the United States.”
The Milan firm will formally practice as Gilioli Alemani Bocchiola Tamburini e Partners in associazione con Curtis Mallet-Prevost Colt & Mosle LLP.
