Challinors chief hands over the baton

Trevor Lee has stepped down as senior partner at Challinors Solicitors after 45 years at the firm.

Current deputy senior partner Paul Griffiths has taken over the helm at the Midlands firm.

Lee will remain at Challinors as a consultant. He said that after 24 years as senior partner he was stepping down at a time when the firm was in a strong position financially after mergers with Lyon Clark and Cartwright & Lewis.

Lee said he expects that Griffiths, who has been at the firm for his entire 27-year career, will continue the firm’s growth.
