Since the Court of Justice of the European Union’s ruling in “Schrems II”, companies have been eagerly anticipating detailed guidance from regulators on managing EU data transfers to third countries, particularly those that rely on standard contractual clauses. This webinar will discuss how to take a risk-based approach to the EDPB’s guidelines, an overview of the new SCCs, and the way ahead for international data transfers.
