Walker Morris fielded a multi-disciplinary team to support long-standing client Servelec on the acquisition of Target eSolutions Holdings Ltd, reinforcing the law firm’s experience in the technology sector.
From 5 May,Target eSolutions became Servelec Abacus Ltd.
Servelec’s product, Mosaic, is a leading case management software suite in social care and already features substantial finance functionality. The Abacus product suite brings additional functionality such as debt management as well as allowing care providers to manage their own billing and payment online. The combination of Mosaic and the Abacus product suite further enriches Servelec’s offering.
The Walker Morris team included Richard Naish and Thomas Mieszkowski from the corporate department with support from Nicola Hewitt in Tax and Andrew Maclean from real estate.
