Children in Yorkshire & Humber have the opportunity to win prizes for themselves and their schools in Walker Morris’ 22nd Children’s Charity Calendar Competition.

The law firm has launched its annual competition which is open to all primary school aged children in Yorkshire and Humber. To enter aspiring artists simply choose their favourite month of the year and create a painting of that month.  The winning pictures will be used to create a calendar sold in aid of Martin House Children’s Hospice, which cares for Children and Young People with progressive life limiting illnesses, and provides support to their families.

The winners will receive a hamper of artists’ materials along with a cheque for £250 for their schools Runners-up will also receive a prize each.

The winning pictures will be judged by renowned artist Ashley Jackson, Dean Poole from West Yorkshire Printing and Walker Morris partner David Smedley.
