Walker Morris has announced the appointment of James Crellin as a director to its banking and finance team to enhance its client service offering for complex finance transactions.

The news follows the firm’s announcement last month that it had appointed DWF’s former head of equity capital markets, Daniel O’Gorman, to its corporate group.

Crellin joins from the Birmingham office of DLA Piper where he practised in the finance team. With over a decade of experience in acquisition finance, real estate finance and general corporate lending work, he has advised many of the main clearing banks as well as acting on the borrower side for a number of major corporate organisations.
