Specialist lawyers at Walker Morris have advised Vantage Motor Group on its acquisition of the Toyota and Lexus businesses of Charles Clark Motors in Wolverhampton.
The Harrogate-headquartered group already has Toyota centres in Tamworth, Solihull and Birmingham where it also has a Lexus dealership. The deal will see the 64 staff transfer from Charles Clark Motors to Vantage taking its workforce to almost 700 across dealerships in Yorkshire, the Midlands and the North West.
Vantage operates a total of 12 Toyota businesses, making it one of the largest Toyota groups in the country, as well as two Lexus dealerships.
