A multidisciplinary team at Walker Morris has advised the shareholders of MJ Wilson Group Limited, the largest independent UK distributor and service provider of Process Instrumentation and Control Products, on entering a partnership with Cairngorm Capital LLP to accelerate its growth as an industry leader within the market.
Founded in 1972, MJ Wilson is a leading distributor of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) components. Headquartered in Grimsby, MJ Wilson operates five regional branches and workshops and provides best in class service and rapid delivery of critical components and solutions to customers throughout the UK.
The acquisition of MJ Wilson is intended to be the first in a series of investments by Cairngorm Capital within the MRO industry which aim to create a new national and full-service MRO distribution company.
